Joseph (Joe) Neil

With a vision for building something meaningful, our founder brings a blend of big-picture thinking and hands-on experience. They set the tone for everything we do. Joe’s motto “How to get to YES!”

Joe is the Founder of Red Gecko Security where he fills multiple key roles. Joe brings his leadership and integrity from 21 years of service with the U.S. Marine Corps. He also has over 20 years experience with cybersecurity, information systems and compliance management using various frameworks. Joe holds a B.S. Management from University of Phoenix. When Joe isn’t work hard for clients to solve their complex security needs, he enjoys working on his small ranch and hunting and working on his race truck.

S. Kade Stringham

Focused, approachable, and driven by results, our Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer, Kade is all about building strong relationships. They help connect people to the right solutions—with clarity and care.

Kade is the Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at Red Gecko Security, where he leads the technical vision and product development. Before co-founding Red Gecko Security, Kade was a Senior Technology Manager at Trident Research, specializing in scalable distributed systems and IT architecture and CMMC oversite. Kade holds a B.S. in Computer Science fromIndependence University and is passionate about building intuitive technologies that solve real-world problems. When he isn't designing complex IT infrastructures, Kade is enjoying time with his dog name Trident.
